RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Custom Orders — All Sales Final

All custom branded Phat Lids are made to order and are non-refundable. Because each hat is produced specifically for your brand, logo, or artwork, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders under any circumstances.

If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will remake and reship at no charge. Please contact josh@phatlids.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order number and we will make it right immediately.


Blank Lids and Freedom Series — 14 Day Return Policy

Unused blank lids and Freedom Series hats may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return contact josh@phatlids.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us at josh@phatlids.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom-branded or personalized Phat Lids
  • Sale items and clearance products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please initiate a return on eligible items and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at josh@phatlids.com.
