What exactly is a Phat Lid? A Phat Lid is a giant oversized fitted baseball cap built with a foam insert that gives it that signature towering profile. Bold, attention-grabbing, and every single person who sees one smiles.

What sizes do the hats come in? One size fits most — designed to fit the average adult and teenage head comfortably, and it's removable for easy transport if traveling.

What is the minimum order quantity? 25 units per colorway for custom-branded lids. Under 25 units, we offer custom 1-off orders.

How long does production take? 1-off custom orders — 1-2 weeks Bulk orders 25+ — 6-8 weeks standard from approval, 6 weeks rush air freight

Can I see a mock-up before I commit? Yes — always. We never go into production without your approval first.

What file format do I need for my logo? PNG with transparent background or EPS vector files work best.
