SHIPPING POLICY
Free US Shipping
Phat Lids offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.
Blank Lids and Freedom Series — Standard Shipping
In-stock blank lids and Freedom Series hats ship within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Custom 1-Off Orders — Under 25 Units
Custom 1-off orders are produced in house and ship within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation and approved mock-up. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Custom Bulk Orders — 25 Units and Above
Custom bulk orders are produced through our manufacturer and ship within the following timeframes from order confirmation and approved mock up:
- Standard production — 8 weeks via sea freight
- Rush production — 6 weeks via air freight — additional shipping cost applies and will be quoted at time of order
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands. We personally inspect every order before shipment.
Shipping to Event Venues and Warehouses
We ship to any US address including event venues, warehouses, and fulfillment centers. Simply provide the correct shipping address at the time of order.
International Shipping
